Born in FLORENCE on 14 February 1951. I graduated in architecture. My studies brought me into contact – hence their particular importance– with teachers of considerable merit who contributed to my academic and professional training.

My studies ended with my Thesis presentation concerning the devising of a public transport vehicle (MINIBUS) as a means to resolving the problems posed by historic city centres (in my case, that of Florence). This was a major project for which I had to engage with multiple historic, cultural, environmental and technical issues.

The final score of 110 with full honours reflected an evaluation of the entire curriculum of studies.

As a student, I engaged in in-depth study of other areas of interest within the ambits of garden design and furnishing. Following my studies, I joined a Tuscan company that was a European leader in the production of camper vans and caravans. This was an opportunity to gain fully comprehensive specialist knowledge of this ambit.

I then worked with other Italian companies active in the thermoforming sector, thus developing technical skills alongside my creative know-how.

This led to renown both in Italy and abroad, and recognition of my ability to combine the creative side with concretely realizable solutions, thus significantly reducing development times for the designed products.

My curiosity has now led me toward the fashion and fashion-accessories sector, my aim, again, being to blend practicality and creativity.
